Cooley Dickinson entered discussions with Massachusetts General after its former partnership with the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Alliance dissolved. All 46 people representing hospital employees and community members supported the proposed acquisition, according to the report.
The state Department of Public Health will accept written testimony through April 12 and reach a decision in May or June, according to the report.
