The ACO will consist of approximately 10-15 primary care physicians and 15-20 specialists, along with an advanced diagnostics and surgery center that will serve the ambulatory healthcare needs of 15,000 to 25,000 patients.
The ACO is the first of 50 that the company plans to open across the country over the next five years. The company has over 17,500 physicians in its network of medical consultants and plans to use them in the ACOs’ development.
