Prism Healthcare and Principle Valuation complete merger

Healthcare consulting firm Prism Healthcare Partners and healthcare valuation firm Principle Valuation have completed a merger.

Together, the two Chicago-based firms offer comprehensive management consulting services focused on healthcare organizations, featuring Prism Healthcare Partners’ performance improvement expertise and Principle Valuation’s valuation and advisory services.

Senior-level healthcare industry experts from both firms will continue to lead client engagements and collaborate on projects.

The deal officially closed Feb. 1, 2016.
