Prime Healthcare Services, Saint Michael’s Medical Center Sign Letter of Intent

Prime Healthcare Services in Ontario, Calif., and Saint Michael’s Medical Center in Newark, N.J., have signed a non-binding letter of intent for Prime Healthcare to purchase the medical center.

According to the release, an acquisition by Prime Healthcare would ensure future operations at Saint Michael’s.

The proposed transaction will be subject to completion of due diligence, governance and regulatory approvals.
