Prime Healthcare Foundation, a 12-hospital system in Ontario, Calif., completed its acquisition of 297-bed Mission (Texas) Regional Medical Center July 3.
Under the acquisition, Prime Healthcare will maintain Mission Regional's inpatient and outpatient services, strengthen physician recruitment and contribute a multimillion dollar capital commitment during the next five years.
