Here are three things to know about the sale.

1. Post Acute Partners will buy the 126-bed nursing home from the Independent Order of Odd Fellows, a nonprofit organization. The transaction requires New York State Department of Health approval.

2. The facility will reportedly be sold for $10 million, according to the publication.

3. “With all of the changes in reimbursement and healthcare mandates over the past few years, it was becoming increasingly difficult to continue to operate as a standalone facility,” Odd Fellow CFO Darlene DiCarlo told the Niagara Gazette. “The acquisition by Post Acute Partners will allow the home to continue its presence in Lockport and provide the quality care the community deserves and expects.”
