Bethlehem, Pa.-based St. Luke's University Health Network is in talks to acquire Grand View Health in Sellersville, Pa., The Philadelphia Inquirer reported Sept. 16. 

Tucson, Ariz.-based Northwest Urgent Care, a subsidiary of Community Health Systems, has signed a definitive agreement to acquire 10 urgent care centers in the state from Carbon Health, Carbon Health, a primary and urgent care provider headquartered in San Francisco.

Toledo, Ohio-based ProMedica has signed a definitive asset purchase agreement with Insight Health System, under which Insight will acquire Coldwater (Mich.) Regional Hospital.

New Hyde Park, N.Y.-based Northwell Health's merger with Danbury, Conn.-based Nuvance Health received approval from New York State, acting through the Public Health and Health Planning Council.

Oakland, Calif.-based Kaiser Permanente and Chicago-based CommonSpirit Health have expanded collaboration through a long-term agreement in Colorado.

Columbus-based OhioHealth signed a nonbinding letter of intent with Lancaster, Ohio-based Fairfield Medical Center on Sept. 6. 

The Northern Michigan University Foundation has sold the former Marquette (Mich.) Hospital site to Veridea Group, a design and development management firm, for $2.5 million.
