Premise Health, a Brentwoood, Tenn.-based direct healthcare provider, signed a definitive agreement to acquire wellness center operator CareHere, the companies said Sept. 1.

Randolph Health, a bankrupt single-hospital system based in Asheboro, N.C., has finalized an agreement to be sold to the Dava Foundation, according to the Courier-Tribune.

Two of the largest healthcare acquisitions announced this year were in August, including Teladoc and Livongo's $18.3 billion merger, according to S&P Global Ratings. 

StoneBridge Healthcare offered $475 million to buy Chattanooga, Tenn.-based Erlanger Health System from Hamilton County, but local leaders say there is no plan to sell the safety-net hospital, according to the Chattanooga Times Free Press. 

Yavapai Regional Medical Center, a two-hospital system based in Prescott, Ariz., announced Aug. 25 that it has entered into an affiliation agreement to join Dignity Health's Arizona Division.
