New Ohio Hospital to be Named After Donor

A hospital under construction in Beavercreek, Ohio, will be called the Indu and Raj Soin Medical Center in honor of philanthropists who donated an undisclosed amount in the “eight figures” range, according to a report in the Dayton Daily News.

The hospital is under construction by Kettering Health Network. The Soins did not disclose the exact amount of their donation toward the hospital’s construction. The overall cost of the project to build the 90-bed, 278,000-square-foot hospital is expected to be $149 million.

The new hospital will have a birthing center, emergency and trauma care, nuclear medicine, cardiac and vascular care, women’s services, intensive care, surgery and imaging services, according to the report.
