Next Life Medical Acquires Emergent Respiratory

Carlsbad, Calif.-based medical device company Next Life Medical has acquired Carlsbad, Calif.-based Emergent Respiratory, according to JEMS.

News of the transaction follows the release of Emergent Respiratory’s Port02Vent, an emergency CPAP product line.

Next Life officials said the partnership will assist patients and their caregivers by providing reliable equipment to help patients with severe respiratory issues.
