New York’s Albany Medical Center, Saratoga Hospital Break Ground on Joint Venture Urgent Care Center

Albany (N.Y.) Medical Center and Saratoga Hospital in Saratoga Springs, N.Y., broke ground on a joint-venture urgent care center in Malta, N.Y., according to an Albany Medical Center news release.

The $17.5 million center will provide 24/7 emergency care and also features medical imaging and laboratory services as well as physician offices.

Under the joint-venture agreement, the health center will be operated by a new, non-profit corporation, Healthcare Partners of Saratoga.
