New Jersey’s Underwood-Memorial Hospital May Join South Jersey Healthcare

Industry sources say Underwood-Memorial Hospital in Woodbury, N.J. is close to signing an agreement to join Bridgeton, N.J.-based South Jersey Healthcare, according to a Philadelphia Business Journal report.

Eileen K. Cardile, president of Underwood-Memorial, and Greg Potter, a spokesman for South Jersey Healthcare, said they could not comment on any affiliation considerations.
