The management relationship is subject to the Georgia attorney general’s approval and the two hospitals finalizing and executing a joint venture related to outpatient imaging in Forsyth.
Both parties expect Navicent Health’s official role with MCH will begin in June, but interaction between the two organizations is already underway.
