Montefiore-owned hospital partners with Scarsdale Medical Group

Scarsdale (N.Y.) Medical Group and White Plains (N.Y.) Hospital have signed a partnership agreement to promote coordinated care for residents in the community, according to the Fairfield County Business Journal.

The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

White Plains Hospital is owned by Bronx, N.Y.-based Montefiore Health System.

Susan Fox, president and CEO of White Plains Hospital, told the Fairfield County Business Journal the two organizations have benefitted from an informal partnership for years. “We are so pleased to be partnering in a more official capacity with this group of outstanding and skilled physicians,” she added.
