Dubbed Trio, the plan boasts savings for its members, as well as access to about 400 local providers, Monterey County Weekly reported Nov. 12.
The two providers previously collaborated on Aspire, a Medicare plan, in 2013.
Trio will begin coverage Jan. 1, 2022.
