Missouri’s Sisters of Mercy Health System Enters Management Agreement With Oklahoma’s Kingfisher Regional Hospital

Chesterfield, Mo.-based Sisters of Mercy Health System has entered into a management agreement with Kingfisher (Okla.) Regional Hospital effective April 1, according to a news release.

Under the agreement, the Kingfisher community will retain ownership of the hospital and Mercy will provide operating support, including financial planning, leadership development and physician recruitment.
