Minnesota’s Allina Hospitals and Clinics to Become Sole Owner of WestHealth

North Memorial Health Care in Robbinsdale, Minn., has agreed to sell its 50 percent share in Plymouth, Minn.-based WestHealth to Minneapolis-based Allina Hospitals and Clinics, according to an Allina news release.

Currently, North Memorial and Allina each own 50 percent of WestHealth; Allina will become sole owner through North Memorial’s sale.

The transaction is scheduled to be completed within 60 days.
