Michigan’s Memorial Healthcare Issues Request for Proposal to 5 Potential Partners

Owosso, Mich.-based Memorial Healthcare has issued a request for proposal to five organizations in its pursuit for a strategic partnership, according to an Argus Press report.

Memorial is a non-profit 150-bed facility governed by an independent board of trustees. It has sent RFPs to St. John Providence Health System in Detroit; Convenant HealthCare in Saginaw, Mich.; McLaren Health Care in Flint, Mich.; Pennant Health Alliance in Wyoming, Mich.; and Sparrow Health System in Lansing, Mich.
