Phil Incarnati, president and CEO of McLaren Health Care, reportedly told Crain’s Detroit Business the health system is interested in acquiring the Children’s Hospital of Michigan, DMC Harper University Hospital — both in Detroit — and DMC Huron Valley-Sinai Hospital in Commerce Township, Mich., according to MLive.

Mr. Incarnati told Crain’s Dallas-based Tenet Healthcare, the parent company of DMC, was not interested in selling the hospitals, according to MLive.

Tenet Healthcare recently sold six home healthcare facilities in Illinois, Arizona, Massachusetts and Texas.
