According to the report, two sources confirmed that CMH sent legal documentation for the sale to McLaren Health Monday afternoon. The reported price of the sale is $5 million. If the CMH sale is completed today, CMH’s emergency room and other outpatient services should re-open within two weeks.
May 3 will mark the one-month anniversary of CMH’s closure after McLaren’s purchase was halted over issues with CMS licensing and regulations.
