McLaren Health Care to Acquire Cheboygan Memorial Hospital in Michigan

Cheboygan (Mich.) Memorial Hospital has announced that the U.S. Federal Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Michigan has approved Flint, Mich.-based McLaren Health Care’s purchase of CMH.

Judge Daniel Opperman has set Tuesday, April 3, as the closing date for the sale. More details on the transaction will be announced over the next few days, according to the report.
