The affiliation is intended to enhance LGH’s clinical programs while remaining independent. As part of the agreement, the two hospitals will operate several joint clinical programs.
Additionally, LGH’s independent physician association, Choice Plus Network, approved its own collaborative relationship with the Beth Israel Deaconess Physician Organization, according to the report.
