The joint venture will service six counties in Alabama, and annual net revenue will be approximately $3 million. The agency will operate under the name of Keller Home Care and Keller Hospice.
LHC Group also recently acquired 100 percent of the assets of Community Loving Care Hospice with two locations in Missouri.
