Hollywood Property Investments, an affiliate of Larkin, won the auction with a bid of $24.6 million. The results of the auction were approved on June 25, and the facility will officially be transferred when the deed is filed in court.
The former owner and CEO of the Hollywood facility is currently in prison for Medicare fraud.
