Indiana’s Parkview Health Acquires LTAC Hospital

Fort Wayne, Ind.-based Parkview Health has signed a letter of intent to acquire long-term acute-care Vibra Hospital of Fort Wayne, according to a Parkview news release.

As part of the agreement, Parkview Would relocate the LTAC facility into Parkview Hospital, the system’s flagship facility.

The deal would expand Parkview Health’s services into the LTAC space and better coordinate care for patients in need of both acute-care and LTAC services.
