Columbus (Ind.) Regional Hospital has selected Indianapolis-based Clarian Cardiovascular as an affiliate for heart surgeries, according to a CRH news release.
Under the clinical affiliation, Clarian physicians will perform cardiac surgical procedures at CRH. Interventional cardiology services will continue to be provided by Indiana Heart Physicians in Columbus.
After CRH requested proposals from Indianapolis health systems, Clarian Cardiovascular stood out as the state’s only program to place in the top 50 national programs for Heart & Heart Surgery by U.S. News & World Report.
