Illinois’ Hoopeston Regional Health Center and Carle Foundation Hospital Consider Expanded Integration

Hoopeston (Ill.) Regional Health Center and Urbana, Ill.-based Carle Foundation Hospital are considering expanding their affiliation, according to a news release.

Under the expanded affiliation, Hoopeston Regional Health Center and its primary care facilities in Hoopeston, Cissna Park and Rossville would become an independent operating unit of Carle.

Hoopeston Regional and Carle aim to improve the quality of their healthcare services and increase the specialty services they offer. They have been partners since 2009 and plan to close plans for the new affiliation in October 2012.
