Idaho Hospital And Texas Hospital Company to Become Joint Venture

Texas-based hospital company Legacy Hospital Partners will pay $200 million for control of Portneuf Medical Center in Pocatello, Idaho, according to the Fort Mill Times.

Legacy will buy 77 percent of the hospital, with non-profit Portneuf Health Care Foundation will control the remaining 23 percent.

The $200 million will go to expansion and to pay down debt, according to the Fort Mill Times.
