Following a long court battle that began in March 2006, Christ Hospital withdrew from Health Alliance and started operating independently in 2008, according to a report from the Business Courier of Cincinnati. But the parties had not formalized the division of their assets and debts until this week.
Christ Hospital claimed it was owed more $350 million, according to the report.
But a court-appointed consulting firm, VMG Health, put Christ’s "termination value" at $185 million.
