Clearwater, Fla.-based BayCare Health System has finalized its acquisition of Tampa-based Northside Behavioral Health Center after seven years of managing the mental health center.
With the acquisition, the health center is changing its name to BayCare Northside Behavioral Health Center. All the current employees of Northside were given the opportunity to continue their jobs at BayCare, according to a Jan. 3 BayCare news release.
The acquisition became official Jan. 1.
