TECC has three freestanding facilities in Cypress, Pearland and Astascocita, Texas. The facilities are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Prior to the acquisition, Family ER + Urgent Care maintained one facility in Irving.
Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
Each facility will continue to operate under their existing names.
CEO of TECC, Rhonda Sandel, will become the COO of the merged enterprise, according to the report.
