Under the deal, DaVita will gain majority ownership of three Inspira dialysis centers in Vineland, Millville and Bridgeton, N.J.
Nationally, DaVita runs 2,278 outpatient dialysis centers and serves 180,000 patients. Internationally, it operates 124 outpatient dialysis centers in 10 countries.
“This transaction will be a win for our community,” said Inspira President and CEO John DiAngelo. “DaVita is a leading global provider of kidney care services and we’re pleased to partner with them to bring their industry-leading quality patient care to southern New Jersey.”
DaVita will serve 270 dialysis patients in Inspira’s network.
