Under the deal, DaVita will gain majority ownership of three Inspira dialysis centers in Vineland, Millville and Bridgeton, N.J.
Nationally, DaVita runs 2,278 outpatient dialysis centers and serves 180,000 patients. Internationally, it operates 124 outpatient dialysis centers in 10 countries.

DaVita will serve 270 dialysis patients in Inspira’s network.
