DaVita acquires Purity Dialysis

DaVita Kidney Care, a division of Denver-based DaVita, declared its decision to acquire Delafield, Wis.-based Purity Dialysis.

Purity Dialysis operates ten dialysis centers in the greater Milwaukee area.

The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

“We are excited to welcome Purity Dialysis’ teammates, physicians and patients to the DaVita Village,” said Javier Rodriguez, CEO of DaVita Kidney Care. “We look forward to providing our patients with leading outcomes and comprehensive care in southeastern Wisconsin.”
