Cincinnati Hospital Acquires Redbank Surgery Center

Christ Hospital in Cincinnati has acquired Redbank Surgery Center, which is currently a joint venture between the hospital and local physicians, according to a report by the Business Courier of Cincinnati.

Christ Hospital will become the sole owner of the ASC, effective Jan. 1. The hospital currently owns 51 percent of the facility, according to the report.

Redbank Surgery Center features four surgical suites and provides services including orthopedic surgery, general surgery, plastic surgery, ophthalmology and pain management.
