Although it is still pending court approval, the facilities have agreed that Triad-Denton Hospital LLC and Triad-Denton Hospital LP will "convey their partnership units in a partnership with Texas Health Resources … and other related hospital assets to Texas Health Resources or an affiliated entity in return for an agreed consideration," according to the release.
