Christ Hospital Sale Receives Final Approval

A Hudson County Superior Court Judge has approved the sale of Christ Hospital to Hudson Hospital Holdco, the owners of Bayonne (N.J.) Medical Center and Hoboken (N.J.) University Medical Center, according to a Jersey Journal report.

A federal bankruptcy judge already approved the sale in March, but the transaction needed state and Superior Court approval before it was finalized.
