Chicago Tribune healthcare reporter Bruce Japsen will moderate the chat, which also includes Kenneth Robbins, JD, of counsel in Drinker Biddle’s Chicago office. Mr. Robbins served as general counsel and president and CEO of the Illinois Hospital Association for 26 years.
