Carroll County and Norton have worked together in the past but this affiliation will expand areas of Carroll County’s services such as the development of new programs and the expansion of existing programs in the gynecological and rehabilitation departments.
Carroll County staff will also have access to extensive training, education and management development provided by Norton.
