Capella, Muskogee Community Hospital Sign Definitive Lease Agreement

Franklin, Tenn.-based Capella Healthcare has announced it has signed a definitive agreement to lease 45-bed, physician-owned Muskogee (Okla.) Community Hospital, effective July 1.

Capella and Muskogee have been exploring an agreement since last summer. Capella also operates Muskogee Regional Medical Center, a 275-bed hospital.
