The report is from McKinsey & Co., which SVMH hired for $930,000 to recommend a business and financial plan. One of McKinsey’s suggestions was for SVMH to merge or affiliate with a larger system within the next 12-24 months.

According to the report, Roberto Robledo, acting managing editor of The Californian, said “The coverage by The Californian of SVMH will go forward in a fair and thorough manner. This newspaper did nothing unethical or illegal in obtaining a copy of the McKinsey report.”
