Cabell Huntington, Pleasant Valley Hospitals Discuss Partnership

Cabell Huntington (W.Va.) Hospital and Pleasant Valley Hospital in Point Pleasant, W.Va., have begun exclusive discussions concerning a partnership.

Pleasant Valley Hospital has been seeking to collaborate with another provider to help ensure quality of care for Point Pleasant and Mason County residents, according to a news release. The affiliation will mean better healthcare for the community, Brent Marsteller, president and CEO of Cabell Huntington Hospital, said in the release.

Officials at Cabell Huntington and Pleasant Valley will work to develop the terms of the agreement over the next 90 days.
