Trustees of Ivinson Memorial Hospital in Laramie, Wyo., are working to define criteria for potential collaboration between the hospital and another healthcare provider, according to a Laramie Boomerang report.
Trustees are defining the criteria after Capella Healthcare, based in Franklin, Tenn., expressed interest in a partnership with Ivinson. The board indicated the hospital was not for sale, but members said it is wise for the hospital to get ahead of the curve and consider what collaborations would make most sense.
