Billings Clinic finalizes affiliation with Central Montana Medical Center

The Lewistown-based Central Montana Medical Center finalized an affiliation agreement with the Billings (Mont.) Clinic after three years of negotiations, according to the Billings Gazette.

Under the partnership, CMMC physicians will have access to Billings Clinic’s providers, professional services and supply chain. CMMC will also adopt the clinic’s EMR system, according to the report.

The financial terms of the affiliation were not disclosed.

CMMC officials told the Billings Gazette they began their search for a potential partner nearly four years ago.

Billings Clinic maintains regional partnerships with 11 hospitals and clinics across Montana and Wyoming.
