Commissioners from Bert Fish, a public hospital, will meet with representatives of the two systems through May to gain details of the purchasers’ plans, including financial terms and continued charity care.

This is Bert Fish’s second attempt to find an acquisition partner since fall 2012, when a judge halted the hospital’s initial efforts after ruling it had not complied with open meetings laws, according to the report.
