The systems announced plans to affiliate in March.
Though specific terms of the agreement are confidential, the news release said representatives from both organizations will form a joint advisory committee to “provide a platform for ongoing dialogue and strategic planning to enhance delivery of quality inpatient and outpatient care throughout California.”
