Arizona Regional Medical Center to Join Banner Health

Phoenix-based Banner Health announced it will add Arizona Regional Medical Center in Apache Junction, Ariz., to its network beginning May 15, if approved by Banner’s board of directors.

The 30-bed Arizona Regional would undergo a name change to highlight the affiliation with the 23-hospital, non-profit Banner system. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
