Administrative Resources Inc. previously held 50 percent ownership of Amerinet. However, ARI’s portion of Amerinet was sold to Intermountain, which owned the other half of the company. The deal closed June 30.
Todd Ebert, Amerinet’s president and CEO, has left the company. Effective July 1, Brent Johnson, supply chain strategies leader for Intermountain, was named new president and CEO of Amerinet.
“Amerinet will be much more than the typical GPO. We will offer an end-to-end supply chain solution that gives customers the ability to optimize the people, processes and technology within their systems to deliver the greatest value,” Mr. Johnson said in a statement.
