Allegiance CEO Georgia Fojtase made a base salary of $581,538. With deferred pay and other benefits, her compensation totaled $804,138.
Though Ms. Fojtase received a pay increase this year, her salary was significantly higher in the 2006-2007 reporting year, when she made $896,917 overall.
Numbers reported show that combined base pay for the nine top executives rose an average of 3.1 percent from the previous reporting year, with Ms. Fojtase receiving the biggest increase at 5.26 percent. Small pay cuts were reported for two of the nine executives.
