The 60-acre campus would include a 100-bed hospital, a skilled nursing-care center, medical offices, outpatient treatment facilities and a day care center.
The property would also allow for future growth and adjoins a 30-acre area reserved for senior housing tied to the hospital, according to the news release.
The campus has received all major land-use approvals from the county, including traffic and environmental approvals, with a final site plan to be filed later this year.
