Erlanger’s approval follows the decision by the Hutcheson Medical Center and Hutcheson Health Enterprises boards to cede power to the Hospital Authority of Walker, Dade and Catoosa Counties in Georgia, a contingency of the Hospital Authority’s vote to partner with Erlanger.
Through the partnership, Erlanger will provide Hutcheson with physicians, executive leadership, strategic planning and $20 million line of credit.
